Villa Kennedy

Villa Kennedy is a large residence that develops in height, characterised by gutters transformed into balconies and openings with elementary geometries – lines and dots – in sharp contrast to the glass walls facing the sea and the sunsets of Capo Caccia. The tower will be connected to the historic building that is located in the same lot, through a portal that stands on both sides with delicacy and respect. The use of the sandstone as an external covering material is well matched with the constructive tradition of Alghero and with the context, and creates an interesting contrast with the iron of the balconies.
